About
Zone residential, commercial and industrial land, lay roads and power lines, and keep taxes, traffic, pollution and disasters in balance as your town grows. The game simulates a full economy on the Game Boy Color's extra RAM, supports multiple saved cities, and ships with a manual and heavily documented source.
